Shipping & Returns

We want your shopping experience at DAPHELIA to be as simple and transparent as possible. Here you will find all important information about delivery times, shipping costs, and returning your jewellery.

1. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs: We currently ship within Germany. Shipping is free for orders of €59.00 or more. For orders below €59.00, a shipping fee of €4.00 applies.

• Delivery times: Your order will be carefully packed and delivered directly to your home within 3 to 5 business days.

• Tracking: As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email containing your personal tracking number so you can follow the delivery status at any time.

2. Returns – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If a piece of jewellery does not suit you or you simply change your mind, you may of course return it to us without any hassle.

• Free returns: At DAPHELIA, return shipping is completely free of charge within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

How to return your order:

1. Notify us of your return by email at info@daphelia.com or via our contact form.

2. We will promptly send you a free return option, such as a return label or QR code.

3. Pack the items securely and hand the parcel over to the relevant shipping provider.

3. Important Information About the Condition of Returned Items

• Inspection as you would in a store: You may of course unpack and try on the jewellery in order to inspect its appearance and condition, just as you would in a physical retail store.

• Compensation for loss of value: Please note that we may deduct compensation for any loss in value if jewellery has been worn beyond what is necessary for inspection, is heavily soiled, or has been damaged. We therefore kindly ask you to handle all pieces with care when trying them on.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the information and conditions above.
